I will assess your current health status with an initial one-on-one, consultation. We will review your typical eating habits, supplement/medication use, activity level, stress level and emotional state as well as discuss your goals and expectations. We will then create a personalized nutrition plan that you can live with. That will get you going in the right direction, helping to accomplish your goals.
