INTRODUCTION
Last photo taken of me prior to the crash. Midday at General Burshnick’s, Commandant of Cadets, home with two other 3-degree cadets. We were there to speak with interested high school students about the Academy. You never know when your last picture will be taken.
CHAPTER 1

This is the first photo taken of me in the ICU of Penrose Community Hospital, approximately four weeks after the crash. I am with my high school friend, Shannon Dortch.
CHAPTER 9
EMT John Hartling visited me in the hospital approximately ten weeks after the crash. I was speechless that he would do such a kind thing. He filled in some of the blanks in my story, from when he arrived to dropping me off at Penrose Community Hospital. I did not remember any of it.

Re-visiting where I started my life - 58 years later. Nothing much has changed. But I certainly have.
EPILOGUE
